The cycle of tragedies in last few decades in valley sprouted a culture of trust-deficit among both sides of the interdependent relationship. The discipline would mean ‘do or die’ and the warmth pinched repeatedly to undergo a humane check of the dealings. During the course of time, there cleaved a gap that was widened further, through many proxies that rolled into action since first crack surfaced. Both sides failed considerably in management of relationship though the responsibility was more on shoulders of uniform-clad fleet. Upon a single incident of disintegration, the blows that came down from discipline regulators vandalized the filled gaps and trust failed to pile and streamline from both the ends.

One period witnessed was 90’s that scrap wounds of majority of the elderly population, another is last 20 years; this spread hatred from all directions though it was due to Pakistan’s proxy war to mingle the dissent of people with wave of separatism. The difference in decade of armed insurgency and contemporary time is inclusion of hybrid set of war mongering, application of new idealization, sponsoring media outlets into romaticization of terrorists. The current time also saw the growth of native angry birds; from stone pelters to social media handlers.

Now all these problems need a consideration, and a solution to redress the growth of anger, for every individual turning against system, is among us only. A soft approach can liquidate the growth of anger in youth that are the only medium of terrorism in valley from last decade. An ethical response to sabotage of education, time, facilities, opportunities and future shall advocate the peace and perpetuate it further in valley.

Children of conflict have been a witness to collateral damage which shall take ample time to fade away from memory and to evolve. If warmth and discipline continue to serve in one place, the glacier of anger could be melt from less to large, though in a step wise manner. Tooth for a tooth has potential to entangle the situation further, while a wise step would save a lot of time, human resources and currency too.
