In an attack on security forces at Eidgah Srinagar, one CRPF man received injuries after terrorists hurled a grenade. The grenade was targetted on a 161Bn bunker at Ali Masjid in central Kashmir’s Srinagar district, in which Pravin Kumar head constable of Central Reserve Police Force got injured. He was immediately rushed to the hospital for medical investigation and care, his right hand, right shoulder and right leg were damaged by splinters upon receiving splinters on the right side of his body. The terrorists are targetting the security forces where any opportunity open the mouth. Though attacks on security forces have increased from last two months numerous terrorists have also been gunned down. The security forces are bind to follow the discipline even if the terrorists attack within the group of civilians, which they often take advantage of, but terrorists show no mercy and kill and injure everyone in their way to the expansion in violence. KRF condemns the attack in the harshest words and offer sympathy for the wounded soldier.
